Josh Hupp spent 20+ years running an independent benefits agency before he built Administr. He built it around the work an agency does every week: quoting, enrolling, renewing, staying compliant and keeping clients.
A few straight answers
It's a fine time to plan and a bad time to move. Don't move a group during enrollment. The guide starts with new groups in January, then moves existing groups one wave at a time, each at a quiet point in its plan year.
That worry is why the guide exists. It has you check each group's data before go-live, compare the first payroll cycle and carrier file against your saved records, and archive before July 1. On a demo we'll look at your groups and tell you plainly which are simple and which need more care.
We won't promise that. The guide's checklist shows what to gather. On a demo, we'll discuss your data and transition needs.
Then your GA makes this call, and it helps them to hear what you want. Get the guide, tell us who your GA is, and we'll reach out to them.
That's a real option, and for some agencies it's the right one. You're re-platforming either way, so it's worth 30 minutes to compare before you commit.
We're new. The platform was built by an agency owner with 20+ years in the business, and on a demo you'll talk with our team directly.
